Looking for info on 3bet pots postflop

I have searched around and I cant seem to find any information on allocating my range in 3bet pots oop.

Can anyone point me in the right direction plz.  Are there any good videos or articles that deal with this aspect of the game? I have a standard membership.

I actually think Matt

I actually think Matt Janda's (cardrunners) videos or even his book is the most thorough info on how to play narrow ranges.

There is other relevant videos out there that can help you, but they only have small pieces of relevant info in a 40min video.
