list of notes that you take on oponents

What notes do you take on oponents ? I am tryin to make a checklist with them , so that I know what to look for in the game:

I will start:

- tigth , loose , aggressive, passive <- one of the four categoryes

- ip min opens , 2x opens <- how does he open when he has position

- oop folds to 1/2 pot cbet <- when villain is oop , to what size of cbet is he folding
