To all users:  If you ordered a video pack, you can click under "videos" and click on the video pack (the links to the right of the packs are for purchasing, if you click on the video pack it will take you to a screen to download the video packs).  If it says "access denied" it means something is not working with your membership and you should email us.

Often when the membership is not activated, it is due to paypal reviewing a transaction or a user paying via eChecks (takes 3-5 days to clear), so your membership will automatically activate once those clear on paypal's end.
