Well my first WSOP experience didn't go as great as I would of liked.  I drew 2p2er Ben86 in the first round.  He is a 10-20nl cash player and we both played pretty well, not making any mistakes.   With the blinds at 300-600 and me holding a slight 32k-28k lead, I opened the button to 1500 with 88.  For the third straight time, he 3bet my button open to 4500.  I made a pretty trivial and standard shove for his 28k.  He didn't insta and I knew right away I wasn't against an overpair.  After about 20 seconds he said something along the lines of 'i don't think I can 3bet-fold' and I was a little puzzled as what he could have.  He ended up calling with AQo which was stronger then I thought he had after the comment he made but I still wasn't in love with the fact that we were flipping for the match essentally.  Board came out K94QQ and I was all but gone.  I still have no complaints with any real decisions I made and just was a bit unfortunate to not catch a break.  He ended up making it to the final 16 so hats off to him. 

Right now I'm waiting for a delivery on a home bar I got for my basement.  Should be pretty sick.  

I'm having my best month of 2009 by a long way and I chalk it almost all up to not being in school during the summer.  I am able to get proper sleep which leads to me being on my A game and not having broken up sessions as much.   I'm also getting ready for the fall soccer season for my school by playing a decent amount and hitting the track to get fit as much as possible.  Besides that, just been enjoying the good weather and frequenting the bars on the weekends when I can.  GLGL
