I don't prepare, don't think

I don't prepare, don't think its important, I just go and play when I feel like it. Schedule is good, you wanna pick a good hours to play on your poker network. Breaks are necessary if you feel your game is going south.

I agree!!!!!Last winter, I played JUST to play! That was a huge leak of mine. I am now playing WHEN I feel like it.

I used to prepare according

I used to prepare according to the book of Jared Tendler (the mental game of poker), but I do not do this anymore. Why? Well I made the experience that most this advice is really pointless to someone who does not is under pressure to play in order to earn his income. I do not need to play, and therefore setting a schedule like "i play a session of 80 minutes" does nothing but PUTTING EXTRA PRESSURE on me.

My "preparation" is that I start all mandatory programs (TN, HEM, poker client), place the sharkscope tab accordingly, remove any anyoances, chose the right music, make myself comfortable, do the bath room break NOW and so on. Most of the time I do sessions from 45 to 90 minutes, but if I am on tilt after 10 minutes I have on problem to end the current HU SNG and break immediatelly.

Just one more advice and i think the most important

[ ] Get ready to play ... you need to know when u gonna work

In the final of every session, mark on your schedule the exact hours you will play in the next day.
