Only thing I would say about skype is, if you are planning on have a confrence chat, then whoever is hosting it (the person on skype who calls and adds everyone in) needs to have a really good connection or the whole quality of the conference call will be poor.

Another little tip would be to check out some of the add-ons they have avalible once you are use to it a while. They have some cool stuff on there, including a few screensharing add-ons like mikigo, which may be handy for you guys that coach.

I think I may of missed it, but, what exactly are we doing anyway? is it like a question and answer session or sweat session or something like that?

Weekdays I usually get home around 9pm EST.  Any time after that would work.  Weekends I am pretty flexible.
