I don't agree that 100%

I don't agree that 100% sbvpip can be profitable (I mean better than -50 EVbb/100) short stacked against most of the players. Fishes aren't dumb, and they can adjust too. Yeah, they're ppl, who will fold, or fold to our cbet waaay too often, but they're the minority. The villain way pretty active, so we can't really assume that he'll be nitty at the shortgame, so I don't think playing with a 80%+ range can be +EV against him. Yeah, we can probably play 95o, but if we not, I can't see that as a major leak. I think folding K8o would be much worse (from bb, around 12bb effective stack, against 67% opener who 3x all the time).
And I think K8o will be better 3bet shoving than flating at these stack depth vs 2x too. Most players will open too much or too little. Against the 1st guys we'll have enoguh FE, or we'll be killing their calling range, against the latter guys we can flat (I would flat against 45-50 or less open%, and 3bs  if he opens more)

At this point I have really

At this point I have really huge samples playing 100% vpip, and particularly shallow it's just not close. Over 10k hands with over .1bb better than folding is a huge edge to pass up on, and it's not just my sample-every student whose database I've looked through has been this way. 25bb folding 72o is close and will depend a ton on post flop skill. 12bb it's not (readless).
shoving weak off suit kx readless is a big leak--12bb the avg player is opening less than 30% of hands. ICMIZER it and you'll find you just can't shove anything other than value in such a spot and shoving k8 is terrible. And its going to take quite a big sample to conclude that it is over 45%--seeing a 67% as a open% just isn't enough- we need a big sample of this kind of behavior to counterract the population tendency, and it shoukd be isolated to this specific depth since population tendencies vary according to stacks. I have a free article discussing Bayesian estimators that will give you the idea behind this--it's important to be able to properly interpret small samples to actually get a Bayesian read that it's a wide range, because otherwise we are liable to make a very -ev shove.

At 12.45 I think you missread

At 12:45 I think you missread the bet size when you said raise to 90 to induce. He bet 60.

Looking back at it would just calling be a really good option or would it make it difficult to play turn.

I just can't see randoms

I just can't see randoms folding enough to mr, or to cbet. And even pretty bad players will adjust if he see that you don't fold a single button imo. And I think they'll categorize you as maniac, so you won't be able to open as much later if you doing 100% sbvpip early. I don't say nitty early ranges are good, or folding 95o is good in that spot, but I think it's not a definite leak, and if it's a leak, it isn't a major one, b/c that hand is kinda the bottom of our range. But yeah, you need to find reasons why fold that hand, not reasons why play it.
In my experience most randoms are play much more than 30% sbvpip around 12bb deep eff. Don't really minraise more, but theyve got limping and openshoving range also, so I think those are important factors when we build their minraising range. And they'll have terrible calling ranges (too loose, or too tight) at these stack depths imo.
I agree, it's not a no brainer 3bs, but given the opponent I think it will be slightly better than flatting
