Can't fill billing address and other questions

I just joined your site and would like to purchase one month membership. I reside in Estonia, but when i have to fill out the billing address form, i dont see Estonia as an option. So is there anything you can do about it? I also like to know if you have any other payment options beside PayPal?

This is a paypal issue. For

For whatever reasons, they do not accept payments from some countries (probably has to due with the laws in that country).

I'll email you back now and we'll work something out.
