BR management/tilting issue

Hi everyone,I am new to this site.I do play a lot of HU sng and i love it but I have a HUGE problem,BR management/tilting.Im trying to build a roll and  when Im focus playing hu sngs at 7$ im doing pretty good,lately i have player 470 games with a 15,5% ROI,  550$ profit in 500 games,i think thats not bad. but im ALWAYS throwing this money by going playing higher when im on tilt( and most of the time when i go play 200$ hu sng or so i lose by a sick beat ..). So thats my problem and it makes me so sick cause i do strongly believe that if i was following the rules and always be discipline i would have a nice roll now...im easily beating the 7$-15$.. I need help...WHAT can i do ? is there a way to solve this handicap of mine?

P.S i only play turbos sng on stars and i like the 4 playersmatch.    but do you guys recommand hyper or turbos?
