BETMOST doesnt pay me for points

Ive tried to convert 20000 points on bet most and waited a 5-6  days but nothing. Other time i did convert points took one day or so by the way. Then i send them an email asked if they forget or anything.

Then they send me this after 4days ! :

I don't know what that means off hand, but email your bmr number to me at rypac13@husng.com and I'll get to the bottom of this ASAP.

We've had a few times where upgrades weren't done right away, but our affiliate always took care of it very quickly and correctly.
