Average EV of checking back in BB

I am trying to practice the Equilibrium exercise as described in Will Tipton's HU book (volume 1), by comparing the EV of iso shoving vs the EV of checking back in the BB with 10BB effective stacks.

Could someone help me with an estimation of the average EV of checking back 100% of hands?

I am assuming villain is employing a pretty basic limp/stab strategy, rarely barrelling turn/river without top pair or better. Giving villain some traps, but mostly weak/middling hands.

Let me know if more info is needed.

Thanks, Thoich

Couple things. First, why are

Couple things. First, why are you looking for average EV of a 100% checkback range? It's completely useless information as it's the average of hands with very high EV and very low EV. It won't help you in any way towards any goal.

Really what you want is the checkback EV of individual hands. Unfortunately thes are very difficult to estimate and depends strongly on both your limping range, as well as on villain's play post-flop. And of course, every individual hand is different making it more complex. However, if you want to do *something* a good first order guess is just assuming the equity of the checked back hands vs your limping range = % of the pot they win post. It's not a great estimate (strong hands and drawing hands often do better then this, weak hands worse, and again it's extremely villain dependent) but it's better than nothing for the purposes of an exercise :)
