Hey so I just got a new laptop, and I began playing poker again, so I thought id get my video packs id bought from here, and when i entered my serial number it said that, id used up too many of my activation keys or something basically. I may have used it once before also, I cant remember im guessing so, anyway is there anyway around this?
Deactivating your license before moving it to another computer will work.
If you email us your serial we can help provide you the info on where/when it was activated. That often sets off a lightbulb for users of "oh yes, that old laptop also had the video pack on it, I'll go deactivate the license there so I can use it on my new computer."
i wont be able to do that, because the laptop has been returned, its no biggie if i cant get it, its fine. I understand just had to check.
