ACES15: Year in Review, Goals

Its been a while since I last posted but here goes...

I started on HUSNG.com roughly mid January of last year and was about -250 on sharkscope but had never really tried playing any heads up games on a consistent basis. I got a full membership and began playing $5 reg speeds on stars. Upon starting out my goal was to reach the 20/30 dollar level by the end of the year. My volume suffered drastically the last 5 months of the year due to a new job but my full year stats were as follows...

1303 Games Avg Stake $9 Avg. ROI %10 Total Profit $708.

Pretty modest numbers but considering I was a losing player I'll take it. I was able to make my goal of playing in the 20s but decided to take Cogs course which took enough of my roll to force me back down to the $10s. I'm trying to start playing turbos so starting now I'll be back down to the $6 dollar games with a roll of $330.

Goals:

Maintain consistent volume. I have a full time job which pays more than poker probably ever will for me so huge volume isn't essential but I can't go long stretches without playing as I feel my game greatly suffered from the time I took off at the end of the year. If I could get something around 125-150 games in a week I would be happy.

Beat the 33s on a consistent basis. I'm pretty nitty so I usually move up around 50-60bb as I want to ensure that I'm actually beating a level before moving up. I don't withdraw any of my poker income so I would be pretty happy with $2000 in income on the year. (Gotta start somewhere)

Watch 2 videos a week. Obviously my game still has a long ways to go so this is pretty key. In addition to this I really need to go back through the concepts learned in Cog's course.
