I think a larger bet is fine,

I think a larger bet is fine, but not as big as all in.

You want to think about how to maximize the money you get from hands that should not call but often will call a substantial bet: weaker pairs, weaker draws (straight and flush) and weaker combos.

When you go all in on the turn, it makes it far easier for many of those weaker hands to (correctly) fold.
