Cog Dissonance discusses preflp big blind strategy in this video.  The video is focused on super turbo heads up sngs, which will be applicable to the end game/short stack situations that arise in any heads up structure.  Slides are used to discuss differences in approach from 13-19bbs and 20-25bbs and example hands are replayed against various opponent types.
