Update

Well I haven't played too much since my last entry because I had to cash out to pay for some things. I finally got some money I was owed so I deposited enough for 40 buyins at the $33 +1.50's. Also before I deposited I got some coaching from Cog Diss which really helped my game and plug some big leaks I had - namely spewing off chips in spots that didn't make sense. So since the coaching my game has tightened up alot and I have realised just solid, non-fancy play is definitely the way too beat these games <$55.

I've been playing mostly $33 +1.50's but had a brain explosion one day where I played $55 + 2.50's and lost 12 buyins straight. The first 5 or so I ran like dogshit but its pretty safe to say the other 6-7 were just tilt. After giving my self a smack in the face I have pulled my game back together and stayed at the $33's and played solid.

Pokahz

So I played today for the first time in about a month. Felt really good to come back after a break and felt strong after watching lots of vids in that time. Played quite well during the day and got a little tilted during the night but pulled myself together and got back to probably my B-game. I noticed myself autopiloting a little and even though the decisions i was making were correct, I still need to be concious at all times about why i'm doing what i'm doing. Will probably look at getting some coaching after i get another couple hundred games under my belt.

Who wants to come to Thailand?

So I'm planning on heading to Thailand in July by myself for a few months and have been inspired by the "Ask Us About Thailand" thread in the travel forum of 2+2. There are already a heap of 2+2ers living in Thailand because its is obviously cheap as hell to live and the weather is amazing all year round. I'm sure once people read the forum there they would no doubt get inspired to head over and take advantage of a cheap paradise.

My first blog entry

Well this is my first ever blog and blog entry, and what a place to have a blog! After only discovering this site a short while ago and lurking about for a bit I have to say HUSNG is not only a fantastic site with great resources, but a great community where there seems to be a real want to help people - from the members as well as coaches. People are actually nice on here and do try and help, unlike the majority on 2+2 etc. The fact that the coaches don't act like they are above anybody is also what prompted me to sign up (along with improving my game). Regularly giving advice even on the lowest stakes possible is something which doesn't go unnoticed and I'm sure is appreciated greatly by everyone. There also seems to be alot of great friendships formed through here so that is awesome also.
