Hai guise!

August is done & it was a decent enough month I think. Had a volume goal I set myself of 250 games. Failed on this front after hitting 212, but I had a legit excuse given the arrival of MiniJayOMG. Not sure how the grind is going to happen with a newborn around but, should be a challenge. Given Cog's video on focus I think the laptop should be on lockdown for the next 18 years! Profitwise I took away $107 for a 9.6% ROI which is ok I guess, had a pretty shitty week 3 of August & spewed pretty hard but managed to win it back in the first few days of week 4.

September I'm moving on up to the $10s, got well over my 30 buyin requirement so I've got a decent amount of buffer to try & get things going. In terms of goals, I'm gonna have a non-standard month but I'm going to try to get at least 25 hours of poker in at the $10s.

I have a full time job working for an insurance company as a consultant & have a family who take up the other half of my time! I'm imminently expecting to be a dad as my fiance is due to give birth in the next 3 weeks. The only time I can play poker is before work, so I usually get up at 4:30am have breakfast & sit down until around 7:30 when I have to get ready for work (FML!)
