Making blog posts=Shippage?

I need to seriously be making more blog posts. After posting my last one, I ended up taking down the daily 100 rebuy on FTP for a little over 18k.  Definitely was a much needed boost in confidence and to my roll.  Even better, it was the day before my birthday, so basically it was one of the best gifts I could give myself.  Of course I don't make any blog posts after that, and have been bricking everything ever since haha.

Week in Austin filled with ups and down

Well I haven't posted on here in a while, I don't even want to look at the last date because it will probably make me feel shitty and embarrassed. I told myself starting out that writing/keeping a blog would be good for me.  I realize people don't even read this or take note and that is fine, but to just actually put my thoughts and experiences in words I find to be very therapeutic. But alas, I regressed to my old lazy ways, and continued my grind all to myself. Enough of that, on to my week...

Back from England. Time to grind?

Well I just got back from England about a week ago which would explain the hiatus in my blog.  I wish I could say I am a well traveled man but  it was actually my first time to travel to a different country.  (I don't count Mexico or Canada).  The whole trip was pretty awesome.  Most of my time was spent around London and the vicinity, but I also wanted to travel and see the palaces, castles, and such.  I am huge on history and all that, which is somewhat difficult to achieve when traveling with friends of my age but I made do and got to see some really cool stuff.  A huge highlight for me was going to the British Museum and seeing the Rosetta Stone among other things.  Unfortunately, I only had a few hours to peruse those massive rooms.

When I wasn't gallivanting about with all that "homo history shit" as one of my friends so eloquently put it, I can guarantee we were all getting obliterated at some pub.  And let me tell you, buying a ticket and getting on the Underground to get back to your room when you are hammered is no easy task.

My introduction

Hey everyone, my name is Cameron and I am a 22 year old poker player.  From the Houston area, but live in College Station.  I've got about one year left on my electrical engineering degree at Texas A&M.  My poker story is the same as everyone else. I got into it in high school and it grew from there.  A few years ago I met Ryan (xSCWx), and discovered we both played poker.  He introduced me to the world of HUSNGs, where I was mainly a 9 and 180 man player. I was ecstatic at first. A game with little to no variance, right?  You're just flipping a coin weighted like 60% of the time in your favor.  Not so much haha.  But my game grew to what it is today, and the majority of my play is at the 110 and 220s.  I still would really like to conquer heads up cash at the equivalent levels, but I have found that to be a whole different monster. I really believe that is where the money is to make it a full time pro which leads me to my next point;  life after college...
