Introduction post

Hi there.
The purpose of this blog is twofold. The first goal is to keep a record on my progress. The second is to improve as a player, through posting hands, getting advice, talking strategy and stuff like that.
Before I start I'm going to write about my experience so far in heads up sngs.

In the beginning of this year I decided to play alot of online poker. With my $100-150 bankroll I started playing husngs on Full Tilt.
I wanted to get into husngs because:
* Convenient game to play with such a small BR
* Games took like 8 mins on average so I could squeeze in a game here or there and didn't have to sit many consecutive hours in front of the computer
* Heads up poker is pretty hard to master and the experience I would get playing it could be useful in other types of NL

I used my Full Tilt Points to buy 1 month subscription on Stoxpoker and watched Collin Moshman's husng videos while I started in the $6's turbos. It was a pretty shitty rollercoaster in my opinion.
