JSpazz: I'm back

OK I'm finally back guys. It's been a long time, as my connection kept dying even tho ISP claimed they fixed it. I changed three routers and none of them worked, until one day 2-3 weeks ago it all stopped. I had two days of happiness until it started failing again. In the end I got a new ISP together with a new router and new connection (not the standard phone line. It turned out that they use the same network node that the last ISP used but at least the network problems stopped, so I can play HUSNGs now <3

JSpazz: Fail + some music

I'm sure you've all been waiting for the next update of my NBI experiment, but I have to disappoint you this time. The problem is, my ISP has been fucking me in the ass real bad since Tuesday. I can go online, play poker, chat, play multiplayer games with friends etc. but the net tends to drop out for 10-20 minutes at least once each two hours or so. This means that I can't play any tournaments at all since I'd get blinded out often. Apparently the problem is somewhere in my main neighborhood server and they say they've been trying to fix it but it seems that they took a free fucking weekend or something, since I went up there today and there was nobody in the building except the security guard at the entrance.

JSpazz: The NBI experiment, week 1

This one'll be short. As I said in my last post, I decided to take a shot at 50bb shallow no-blind-increase HUSNGs. I was going to play using a 15BI bankroll management method, which should correspond to something like third-Kelly, and then I'd re-evaluate after the end of the week. In total, I played 19 tournaments during 11 hours and 20 minutes, which should correspond to something like 35 minutes per tournament or 1.7 tournaments per hour. If you deduct time spent waiting for tournaments, it's 31 minute per game, but that's because I got into a reg war with a massive multitabler (+++EV but matches take >1 hr each), so I imagine the wait time should be higher if I only played fishes. I also had a day where I sat at a $5.50 and a $11 and then waited like 20 minutes for a game and ultimately gave up.

JSpazz: Just downs this time

Hi people it's JSpazz again. I had a really rough week, I was running about 10-16 or 10-17. I'm not sure which one judging from the PT3 graph and I'm too lazy to count them in the results table. I had two -2/-3 BI days and quite a bit of breakeven days although I profitted today and I think on Thursday. I didn't put in much volume as I've been constantly hitting my stop loss and I put more time in reviewing my play and watching HUSNG vids.

JSpazz: Ups and downs

This was supposed to be yesterday's update, but my internet connection went crazy

Friday was probably the worst poker day this year, I went 0-3 straight in less than 20 minutes of play (67 hands). First two matches were standard coolers: first I lost with flopped nut flush vs flopped two pair that boated up on river, and the second one I got AT in pre vs a habitual limp punisher and he had A6 and hit a six on the flop. In the third one I was probably tilting (looking back at it, 3barrell-overshoving river for 700 into 600 with TP whose kicker does not play was not a brilliant idea tbh). As I didn't believe I could get my head straight, I took the rest of the day off and decided to stop playing. To recap, I was down $20 for the new year after this session and I felt like shit.
